Today I am going over to my mother-in-laws to help her make Christmas cookies.  She has been making them for decades, so she has all the tools and recipes to make a great selection for our family to enjoy.  I'm looking forward to see how she makes some of them, then hopefully I can make some on my own in the future.  She loves to cook and bake all different types of desserts and main and side dishes.  She has a stack of cards with recipes that is probably two feet high.  Every recipe she has given me has been easy to follow and always tasted great.  I told her she should put together her own recipe book and sell it, but since  she is 84 years old, it would be too hard for her to do it now.
