Windy, wacky weather

Here in Denver yesterday we tied a record high temp of 79F.  Then, today in the mountains they have a big blizzard.  The blizzard is so bad they have to close the interstate highway in Vail.  It's so windy it's blowing the snow up in the mountains and blowing the dust around here in Denver.  I wanted to go out for a stroll with Rachel, but it's too windy to go out.  So, instead I went shopping with my in-laws.  My mother-in-law gave me a recipes for dinner tonight.  I bought what ingredients I didn't have at home that I needed for the recipes.  I'm going to make pork chops and honey-basted carrots for dinner tonight.  It should be really good.
