After getting back from Las Vegas, I will admit I was a little obsessed with the fantastic cappuccino I had at the Excalibur Hotel Casino buffet.  I did some searching and found where I could buy it on the internet, but it was a little pricey.  So, I emailed the manufacturer and they told me they didn't have any retail distribution in the state of Colorado, what a bummer.  While I was deciding whether to order it over the internet, my mother-in-law gave me another brand of cappuccino that she said tasted pretty good to her.  I was shocked when I tried it and I almost liked it as much as the cappuccino at the Excalibur.  I told my hubby it tasted really good, but it had a slightly bitter taste to it.  He suggested I put some whipped cream in the cappuccino to make it taste sweet instead of bitter.  He was right.  Now, I will just use what my mother-in-law gave me instead of ordering the other more expensive brand.
