Since Rachel was about three months old, her favorite and pretty much the only cartoon she would watch was Tigger & Pooh.  She liked Pooh so much we used a Pooh theme for her first birthday and she has Pooh clothes, books, and toys.  But now, she seems to like Barney a lot more because we think she really likes all the singing and dancing they do during the shows.  Therefore, when we buy things for her it will be Barney stuff instead of Pooh.  Barney is actually better for her to watch then Pooh because it's not a cartoon, it shows children playing together and they teach the children watching different lessons about a wide variety of subjects.  So, if she doesn't change by her next birthday, maybe my husband will dress up like Barney for her second birthday...but then again...maybe not.
